Shipping Policy

All shippings are free of charge for products listed in our website. Upon confirmation of payment your items will be processed to leave the warehouse for shipment. A tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with. It takes about 14-30 days from the day that you make the payment to deliver the products to the shipping address that you have provided, but can take longer from time to time. We ship our products worldwide* using standard shipping method. We work with fulfillment services to ship our products. A fulfillment service is a third-party warehouse that prepares and ships our orders for us. So when you place an order, the fulfillment service ships our product directly to your address. Different items placed in the same order may arrive on different dates.

 

We have the right to cancel any orders containing your shipping information that is invalid or not in English. If an order that you placed containing invalid shipping information, or shipping information that is not in English, is shipped but is unable to be delivered to you, such order delivery failure will be deemed your fault and you will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment.

 

You must ensure that you provide accurate telephone details when you make orders. We have the right to cancel any orders where you fail to provide this information. Moreover, if you fail to provide such information, fail to answer phone calls from shipping carrier or not available at the time of delivery to collect the product and we are unable to deliver the product(s) to you, the delivery failure will be deemed your fault and you will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment.

 

If the tracking information shows undelivered, you will need to contact your local post office or customs for more information. Possible reasons for unsuccessful item delivery attempt: addressee not available at the time of delivery; delivery delayed and rescheduled, addressee requested later delivery, address problem - unable to locate premises, rural or remote areas, etc. Since you haven't received your package, we'd advise you to contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item. Hint: Generally, the carrier has collection deadline, we'd advise you to pick up your package at once, or it might be returned to us.

 

If tracking information shows lost in transit, then we will refund you full purchase amount.

 

If we cancel your order and refund you, you will receive the refunds in your original payment method. You should receive refunds within 7 working days.

 

Under most circumstances, the delivered status from tracking information indicates that the carrier has delivered the package successfully to you. If the you didn't receive it, please contact us. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered according to our tracking system. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

 

Tax may be payable by you at your local customs in order to collect the item that is shipped to you.

*Customers from Taiwan will not be able to make purchases from our store due to the fact that our payment providers do not allow the customer country to be the same country as our store headquarters. The only possible way to pay on our website is by using a foreign credit card and choose credit card as payment method, not by PayPal.
