HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you the tracking number of the items you ordered by email, simply copy the tracking number, go to the "Track your order" link in the email, paste the tracking number in the field provided, then click on "TRACK" to track your order.
You may also go to TRACK YOUR ORDER in our main menu to track your orders.
If your tracking number isn't working, please wait 2-3 days and try again. In most cases, your order is on the way, but the system information is delayed.

WHY IS PRODUCT NAME DIFFERENT FROM WEBSITE WHEN I RECEIVE THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY LOOK THE SAME?

Don't worry about this. They are the same products. It's just that we may change our suppliers from time to time to ensure that you get the best quality products possible. So each supplier might put different names for the same product.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS OR GET REFUNDS?

We have good news for you! There is no need for you to return the problematic products. We will simply replace the product (if we still have stock) or refund you, whichever way you prefer. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
